With 20 years startup experience, Kate is the co-inventor of IdeaKeg, a 3-D trends magazine featured in Trend-Driven Innovation (Wiley, 2015). 50+ editions of IdeaKeg were published on a six-week cycle 2011-2016 and used in complex manufacturing, durable and consumer goods companies and in flagship engineering education programmes. She is a founding member of The Experience Network (TEN).

Kate is also the creator of storyFORMing, a tool for co-creation and evaluation that helps people articulate what they offer and why anyone else would care. Her pro bono work includes This One’s 4 Ruby (2010-2012) and #NoDust responding to the divisive EU Referendum.
