Wellbeing during Social Distancing

During the COVID-19 global pandemic, all Syracuse University courses have shifted to online learning, and our community is encouraged to practice social distancing: staying inside the home except for essential grocery shopping and daily exercising, and avoiding physical contact with everyone outside the immediate household.

It can be challenging to remain healthy, physically and mentally, while the world feels so uncertain and our regular routines are totally disrupted. Make sure to take care of yourself!
