While London is undeniably an amazing city, don’t forget that there is more to the UK than the capital. Over the semester, we encourage you to explore the wonderful Welsh countryside, follow in the footsteps of the Romans and Vikings in York, and enjoy the beauty of the Scottish Highlands. The UK has more to offer than you might think. Embrace it!
Every semester we offer a mix of trips around the UK to showcase the variety this country has to offer.
We offer an all-school weekend to Scotland. We usually start in Edinburgh and spend time in the magnificent medieval town. We then move on to Sterling where we learn about Braveheart’s stand against the English. From there, we move onto the Highlands where we take in the beautiful landscapes of Glencoe and Rannoch Moor. Finally, we go to Urquhart Castle, a romantic ruin perched on the shores of Loch Ness, where you can start your own search party for the infamous Loch Ness monster.
Adventurers must not miss our weekend trip to Wales. We will take to the waters for sea kayaking and surfing, as well as taking in the beautiful and wild coast of North Pembrokeshire. This is an unforgettable weekend that will leave you refreshed, invigorated and relaxed. Students in previous semesters have always made new friends and had the time of their lives.
