Prior to her PhD completed at the University of Sussex (UK) Natacha Chevalier passed a Bachelor in History and Sociology at the University of Geneva (Switzerland), then a Master in Contemporary History at the University of Birmingham (UK). Her research and interests include the various dimensions of global history especially regarding war, colonial/post-colonial and food studies.
